Oh, definitely. I'll only like it if the ratings are higher because EYEBALLS. I'll DVR it now and wait for the overnights to come in before deciding to watch or not.

You joke but if people tune in and don't like the basic concept of the show, it's likely that at least 300,000 people will change the channel. Understand that THIS is the only factor in at least 3,000,000 people watching Community tonight. It's not a laughing matter.

"This card gives you $5 dollar foot longs for life." Was the "for free" part supposed to be implicit or was the joke that he would still be paying for them.

Overall a meh episode.

The joke was that he was still paying.

I liked the look everyone gave Britta after her late comment about writing a paper on Katrina dogs.

Not sure why, but I didn't like this episode. Maybe I'm still thinking about how awesome last week's show was.

As always some very clever, subtle bits throughout the episode. I'm hopeful we'll get a sixth season, but if this is the end, I like how they're going out so far.

Got a 0.8. Series low. Yeah, guess that Gi Joe episode turned off people....

I somehow doubt the GI Joe turned off anyone that watched this show regularly beforehand

That said the new D&D episode and this one did nothing for me, hope the show doesn't go out on a low note.

Man everything was down last night, even Big Bang Theory (used to get like a 5.4 all the time, now a 4.6). Wonder if that's just standard for this time of year (it's light out until like 8:30 here) or what was going on.

If ANYTHING I think they lost about 200,000 viewers from last week who tuned in and tuned out when they realized this wasn't an animated episode.

It dropped in the demo (as did TBBT, so no excuses!).

Oh well. It was a fun ride. First Two Seasons were fantastic.

Yeah seems like there was a big ol demo drop for everything not called Scandal last night.

I'll have to reserve judgment on this week's episode until we see how it plays out next episode. I enjoyed a good bit of it, but there was a lot that fell flat. The first problem I had is either Abed's character is completely played out, or he just doesn't work without Troy. I really disliked him running around trying to make a story out of anything. I get what they were going for, but the tone was way off. The second problem is that the "save Greendale" thing never really developed the way I thought it would this season, so the notion that they had done their jobs so competently that they had nothing left to do seemed totally manufactured. This season really was just about coming up with the flimsiest excuse possible to get the characters back together without any intention of telling any kind of big picture story. That's fine, but when they try to pay off said non-story, it means nothing.

Things I liked:
- Starburns firing up some Dave Matthews
- The Greendale board members. Those guys always make me smile.
- The dean having a break down in his office. If nothing else, this season completely salvaged the dean's character for me.
- Annie's buried treasure dance.

Remember those prophetic videos Abed made in season one? The full videos were posted on the fake Greendale site five years ago.

Gotta wonder how much longer network television can hang on to their current business model considering that every day seems to bring a new low for viewership.
