Don't know why, but I found the majority of this episode to be not funny. Some of it was even downright stupid, too bad there is no more Peter Gregory.

Loved this episode. Sucks there is only 1 more left. HBO shouldn't be so stingy with their comedies. 10-12 episodes minimum should be greenlit, not just 8.
I'm really surprised they didn't follow up on what happened to Jared last week. That was a fucking hilarious ending with him on that Robot island after being trapped in the cargo ship.
at how Dinesh couldn't get it on with the blonde.
at the ending with Erlich. I love how he's such a douche.
I'm glad they're giving Amanda Crew more to do in these later episodes. She's a cutie. Loved freaking out at her about his relationship with Richard and then that other chick thought he was gay.

I thought the mention of the island played like it was looped dialogue to just acknowledge that had really happened. Gabe said it while his back was turned to the camera, and no one really reacted to it.

Yeah, they made it seem like him getting shipped off to the island was a big enough deal, where just sort of referencing it with a line of dialog reeks of a major abandoned thread. If something like that actually happened, it would be much more of a big deal - like a pretty major lawsuit.

The jerkoff conversation is probably the funniest thing I have seen all year. I like this show more and more very week. And it's over... For now anyway.

Besides the equations of jerking off multiple people, it was hilarious how they tied it to him getting his idea.
Loved Elrich's psyching out Gavin too.

omg, that extended analysis about jerking off was one of the most hilarious scenes this season. This show really got better as the weeks progressed.
The ending was predictable. But I also when Richard puked his guts out.
Christopher Evan Welch is really going to be missed in season 2. Maybe they can cast another comedic actor to be a big investor in Pied Piper. Hopefully they also give Amanda Crew more to do. Glad they stayed away from going to cliched route and making her a love interest for Richard right away.

This was a great season finale. Besides everything already mentioned the Adderall-filled Jared running around "pivoting" was hilarious too.
There was a little tribute to Christopher Evan Welch after the credits, too bad his history and storyline with Gavin Belson will probably have to be dropped.

This show started off slow, but it definitely got better as it went on. Now I'm bummed that there were only 8 episodes!

Why would Hooli be at TechCrunch? Isn't that just supposed to be for startups? Obviously Hooli isn't a startup, and doesn't need anymore investors.
That nitpick aside, I have really enjoyed this series. I work in IT, so I get a lot of the references, but it's also written well enough that my wife can enjoy it without getting all of the references.

Only thing I didn't like were Jared's little interviews/polls of random people. The app ideas were just lame and not really funny.
Great episode otherwise though, I really enjoyed this first season. Something different from everything else on TV.

Great show and I had no idea that Peter Gregory had died in real life. I love the actress that's in Sex Drive being part of the silicon valley culture. It's a far cry from peeing in a radiator.

There was reasoning behind it. Hooli found out that Pied Piper would be presenting their company at TechCrunch and decided to undercut them and have the whole event be about Hooli's system.
