The Walking Dead -- Season Finale -- "A" -- 3/30/14

As multiple paths collide, Rick comes face to face with sheer brutality. Will he and the group have what it takes to survive?
Written by: Scott M. Gimple & Angela Kang
Directed by: Michelle MacLaren
Episode 16 of 16
Last episode of the season. Will return in October.
Should be an interesting episode. Michelle MacLaren in case you don't know was also one of the Producers and Directors on Breaking Bad. She usually directs one of the better episodes.

I wonder if that poster is a red herring to make us think someone will survive who won't?

That picture above seals it, she's dead for sure... plus, Glenn burning her picture last episode, way too obvious.
Now, that being said, because I like her character and I think she's hot... the show runners could throw a complete curveball and NOT kill her off but that's highly doubtful seeing how simple and silly these episodes are playing out. Plus, I'm starting to lose (read, have completely lost) interest in the "what main character are we gonna kill off this episode?" aspect of the show. Why do they feel the need to kill off main characters every season, we get it already... BORING! Don't the writers have anything more creative in that brian trust of theirs? They (the writers) are using the rule book from "freshman lit 101" and in doing so will just continue to ring that cash register. Like I said, I'm losing interest in this show at a rapid pace.
I have a theory on how they wrap the entire series... it's more than obvious that they (the production) will never leave the Atlanta area, the final episode of the entire series will be Rick waking up in his hospital bed surrounded by his friends and family, everything normal... it was all just a dream. Boom, book it!

After watching all of the episodes this season, I've drawn the following conclusion about the finale:
- Michonne and Tyreese won't make it out of this episode alive.
- We'll discover what happened to Beth (not good)
- We'll see that the guys that Daryl are hanging out with are far, far worse than we think

I think Glenn is living on borrowed time.

I hope none of the main cast dies.

I think that's preferable to dragging it out forever though. If they have a good proper ending that's emotionally satisfying for the viewers, then I think that's great.

If they do that, the final scene should be everybody turning to the camera and giving the middle finger to the audience.
