One thing I think they messed up on were the zombies going down stairs. Zombies have poor motor control they should have been falling down the stairs tripping over each other. I think we have seen one zombie that had trouble getting down stairs in a Rick episode.

For some reason I though that the car grabbing Beth and speeding off and the Zombies showing up were connected. Like maybe the person that was staying at the house didn't appreciate Beth and Daryl showing up, taking up residence and eating all of the food.

Putting a horde of zombies into your secret hideaway to solve the issue would be cutting off your nose, though, wouldn't it?

I think it was just the usual passing herd of walkers, drawn by the dog (we heard him yip, which is why Daryl opened the door so nonchalantly) and the strung up cans.

That is what I thought as well. Daryl made the comment the food had no dust on it and they expected someone to show up at any moment.

I actually liked this episode a lot. The past two episodes have been pretty good, but I agree with the aimless direction of this season. I can't believe it will retain its ratings going into the next season, shows usually get punished for mindless storytelling. They seem to be conscious of the fact that the show is catching up with the comics and felt a necessity to slow the TV show down for some reason.

Looks like they're setting up a Daryl/Beth romance. Or were, until Beth got taken. But Daryl has a very particular set of skills...

The back and forth between Bob and Sasha got kinda tiresome, but it was good to get a little character development on both of them.

It's looking like we won't be seeing much of Terminus this season--maybe just a tease in the finale.
It's hard to tell where they're trying to go with them. He's in his late 30's and she's 16-17 on the show. Would seem a little perverted for him to try to romance her.

Perhaps the will have a father daughter type relationship and not a romantic one.

They live in the South. That kind of relationship is normal.

I could see it being a mix. Daryl probably feels a parental responsibility and she might be attracted to him, especially now that she's missing a father figure in her life.

have another time jump, make her at least 18... have they ever said Daryl's age? he could pass for a tough living 26 year old. BOOM. Go fuck.

Considering that Merle was his brother and they were fairly close in age, 26 would be a stretch.

I figured Merle was at least 10 years older than Daryl. He mentioned being really pissed that Merle had left home when he was a kid and he had to stay with their abusive father.

Daryl looks like he's 40. If they wanted to make him look younger, they would dye his beard instead of just his hair.

It's the Zombie Apocalypse. A 40 year old and an 18 year old hooking up wouldn't be a big deal because, well, choices of partners are very limited. Especially if the two of them are on their own.

I don't know where they're going with it, but I was hoping at least one person would point this out. I almost hope they do it just so I can see some of the people who gleefully look forward to every violent encounter on this show cringe with (mock) disgust over a Darryl/Beth hookup. 16-17? Girls are married and on their 2nd or 3rd kid in some cultures. Sure, we're not that culture in real life (more or less), but who is to say they aren't in a zombie apocalypse?

This is a show that makes money off people watching, so they don't want to go over a line that'll lose many viewers (I don't know if it would or wouldn't), but let's not kid ourselves... In a real zombie apocalypse, Beth would be fair game even for someone Darryl's age.

Hell yeah! Another reason why I'm ready for the real zombie apocalypse

But Beth needs to go to finish school and find a job before she can even think of settling down, them's the social norms.

I thought Daryl was supposed to die. We even heard it here first!

I've liked the last two episodes, but this season is going way slow for me. With 3 episodes left and everyone still split up, i'm guessing the next two aren't going to be much different until the finale.

I wonder if we are still is the jumbled time lines .. Maybe Daryl was with that group when they were at the house Rick was in. I get the feeling that we are past that now tho.

Enjoyed seeing Bob's back-story and character arc. Up until this episode I had assumed he was just a Woodbury left-over.

Trying to remember: Aren't all the Woodbury folks dead now? I don't count Tyreese as Woodbury. Just the folks who were there when it was introduced to the series. Or are there some red-shirts left somewhere that I'm forgetting?

Well, that just about tidies up that bit of business.

Thanks Groucho...hadn't considered that.

e.
They are living in a sick perverted world full of zombies!

In reality, Beth would be getting her clothes ripped off seconds after getting dragged into that car but this is a tv show after all ............
