Having professional hair/makeup/stylists/trainers that they didn't have back in their hometowns goes a long ways. Pretty sure the average looking 23 year old woman can look plenty hot with the proper professional help.

Apparently her mom had "mental issues", and left the family when Jill was a little girl. So she was brought up by her dad and brothers. As a result, she likes a lot of "guy things", like beer and sports and guns. I love her Instagram feed: typical pictures of celebrity parties in LA, then pics of chickens outside her dad's house near Winston-Salem, then pics of her at a shooting range. She also once (gently) schooled Adam Carolla on football: she appeared in an episode of his podcast, which was recorded at a sports bar. Adam made some comment about how Romo was having a great game, and she said something like, "well, the Vikes switched to that soft zone in the second half, so yeah... he's able to find open receivers. Duh." That's hot.

Never heard of her but she has kind of an Anna Popplewell vibe going on in this pic. Brunette > redhead

Also had to google Grace Helbig. Never heard of her either and not impressed with the google results. Is it a personality thing? She had a quirky vibe in a few pics.

I would have normally seconded Emily Bett Rickards, but thanks to the new show One Big Happy, I have to happily throw a nod to Kelly Brook. I'd post a picture, but there's just so many good ones to choose from, and I don't want the thread to explode because of her sheer visual awesomeness.
