Wow, it looks like I'm the only one who really likes this show. I really like quirky comedy shows and this fits the bill. It kind of reminds me of Californication.

So episode 13 "Mammophile" will not air on FOX?

They showed 2 episodes last Saturday and I thought that was the finale.

According to TVRage it won't be aired. They've just been trying to burn this off. It's not coming back. Still, I would think they could at least stream it or something if they actually completed filming.

You aren't the only one. I'm really enjoying it as well.

I thought it was. They chose not to air episode 6...everything else aired like normal.

I actually enjoyed this show. Like someone else said, reminded me of (a better) Californication. Oh well. One and done.

Episode 6 looks like where we found out about Mikki & Potter and the kid and the pipe.

Guess we will never find out what happens between Keegan and Scarlett.

True, though there are 3 seasons of the original show. Still, there's no telling if the remake would have covered the same territory.

I will miss it as well. Good show in my opinion. Not the average crap that's usually shown.

Crap.

For those that saw the original, how did it play out, assuming the plot was similar (especially with Micki and Scarlett?)

I've seen the original but I don't know that I can summarize everything. If you have a specific question, I may be able to answer it...

Regarding Mikki
Spoiler:
They don't end up together. In the original, she admits she has feelings for him, but let's not forget... she's a lady of the night. She has lots of issues on top of his issues. They do remain friends and of course he's always open to physical exploration if she's game

Regarding Scarlett
Spoiler:
Keegan actually sleeps with her (they go way back). I don't know if the new show was going to go this way. It really (obviously) damaged his friendship with Ben (yes, Ben finds out). But again, this wasn't Keegan trying to have a relationship, just doing what he does.

The original is available on DVD.

Nope, this is one that was skipped that they are burning off now. Show is canceled and dead. No more episodes unfortunately.
