Re: Family Guy -- "Ocean's Three And A Half" -- 2/15/2009
That was the best line.
Another great one in the middle of the rant was Peter asking why do we need another Terminator.
I thought I was watching South Park for a minute. FG must've rushed to get the Bale tape included so soon. That's probably why there was no real animation except for the tape recorder.

Family Guy has a habit of throwing in references to movies and games without the payoff of a joke. Yeah I remember that too, but uhh... please make funny.

I laughed more during this episode than I have at other FG episodes in a while now, so they did something right for me here.

This one was ok.
I loved the randomness of the doctor not finding the information on the drug until exactly two and a half weeks, and misplacing their phone number.

Am I the only one that thought that when the horse was licking Peter's ass it was about to... do something else that would have led to Peter being gay?

"You named your horse Til Death?"
"You know why? Because I'm going to take this horse and shove it down America's throat."

I loved the horses named after canceled FOX shows and dig at Til Death.

I have to admit, I really laughed out loud when they started in on that song.
I thought the joke was that Peter said "I'm the one who almost conquered the Dragon's Lair" and then the clip shows him dying on the very first "task". (Well that and he does take the turn that keeps him from running into the wall of fire which only leads him smashing directly into a stone wall meaning there WAS no way to win which is how I always felt about that game.)

'Family Guy' faces off with FCC ... again
Parents Television Council complains about March 8 episode
March 11, 2009
We'll be among the first to admit "Family Guy" sometimes stretches to reach a joke.
Seth MacFarlane's animated FOX flagship has the Parents Television Council all sorts of riled up, though, following the March 8 episode. As Perez Hilton reports, the PTC is up in arms after a recent episode of the cartoon skirted the boundaries of both bad taste and bestiality.
"FOX treated viewers to everything from an 'eleven-way' gay orgy to baby Stewie eating a bowl of cereal with horse sperm instead of milk," reads the PTC complaint. "[I]f that isn't enough, the show's leading character is also shown fanaticizing about his wife and moaning while a horse licks his bare behind. Clearly, the explicit content was not isolated to one instance in one segment of the show; it permeated the entire program."
There's been no response yet from the Federal Communications Commission.
"Family Guy" and the PTC aren't exactly strangers; the group has complained often about the show's content, even naming it the worst show on television for 2006-07.
