"Brown nosing? I thought you said your boss was ugly"
Brian coming out in the banana suit was pretty funny as well. |

I immediately thought of the dancing banana here when he came on.. of course that is what it is!! :) Funny episode, but not as funny as the FCC episode.
|
I didn't know the reference to the song, but I thought it was incredibly boring. The rest was fun though. Banana

Soundwave a Christian.
Egyptian's getting abused. With the wicked set up and punch line for that was excellent. Hubert (first time we found out his name?) is also always an excellent addition to any FG ep. |
It's peanut butter jelly time:
http://www.ebaumsworld.com/flash/peanutbutter.html Though I have no idea what the hell it is exactly. |

An okay episode with some funny bits but not as good as the previous two episodes.
|
Yeah, there was about 10 laugh out loud moments. Was really the funniest episode I have seen in a really long time of almost anything.
|
Was the peder song a reference to the song by female Audrey re: Martin v Moranis?
What in the hell was the PB&J thing about? |

You have NO idea how much I appreciate the Peanut Butter Jelly moment...almost brought a tear to my eye rotfl
That made my day a little better yesterday :D |
Funniest part for me had to be when they kept dousing Lois with the hose while on the toilet, into the tub and down the stairs, with her pants around her ankles the whole time.

I was laughing my ass off at Brian in the banana suit singing "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time!" and doing the banana dance. My wife was looking at me like I was nuts. The Soundwave cameo was great too. And is there a real online video with a woman and a polar bear, or was that just an exaggeration? |
Isn't the peanut butter jelly time joke about 2 years too late?
|
no thats why the joke was so good, it was so out of the blue, no one had to think they would have brian dressed up as a banana.

The Peanutbutter Jelly time was enough alone for me to love this ep. Over all it was another good one. Family Guy is now the best animated comedy series out there. Too bad for the simpsons and the cartoon network stuff.
|
Peter and Stewie pushing Lois into car and then dumping the car into the lake, while laughing the whole time....
...that killed me!!! rotfl |
I love the creepy pedo character and Little Shop of Horrors is one of my alltime favorite movies (saw it seven times the first week it was in the theater), but even I thought it was too long for a note-for-note/shot-for-shot jokeless rendition of "Somewhere That's Green".
|
It was a good episode, with a few big laughs, but overall wasn't one of my favorites.
