My theory: Gold Star was some secret government program where this dude killed people on their behalf. Seems ridiculous but the fact the AG was in on it makes me think this guy is tied to some sort of secret program.

I wish Josh Stewart's character was on the team permanently, but would make no sense since since JJ is there. He is such a cool character..

Solid start. I wonder what Voit said to Alvez that caused him to snap in episode 2.

I guess Voit is going to be the BAU’s Hannibal Lecter of sorts.

Some really whacked shit in this episode. Brian setting up Prentiss.

Then a dark web BAU porn site featuring JJ. I’m guessing this will lead to JJ snapping will she views it.

Probably 20 to 25% of this week’s episode was almost unwatchable because it was filmed so dark that you couldn’t see what was going on.

On the plus side, some interesting developments with the Gold Star case.

JJ seemed off this episode. Wonder if she saw the infamous web site that Alvez told her about.

I am enjoying the hell out of this show. Bringing back Voit was a great plot move. Yes, very Silence of the Lambs but he is a damn good. I even like that Tyler dude. They need to show more of him going rogue.

The newest episode from last night was literally a straight up torture porn horror movie. The acid shower scenes were pretty gruesome along with the screams. They would have never gotten away with that on CBS.

I wasn't entirely shocked with the big reveal on the killer.

Oh yes you're right. "North Star" that has Felicity Huffman as Gideon's ex and the 2 killers. I watched about 1/2 last night. Battling a cold and a little delirious, so I prematurely commented about last week.

Good season, although not up to par with last season.

I assume they are setting up for Voit to escape and then then track him next season.

I love Mantegna in this. He has some of the best lines.

The previous season was a little better, but overall it was an entertaining watch.

Feels like hardly anyone aside from me and Deftones watches this here even though it's a darker and more edgier show. I guess it would be really hard for a "newbie" to try this 17 seasons in.

The ending was interesting. Will Voit be killed off by those guys and they start fresh next season? Or will they leave it open?
