Are you referring to last week's episode with the Navy rapist?
That was weird he was in there for that long and didn't lawyer up. |

Random question, why did they even bother putting Benson and Harry Connick Jr.'s character together? Hargitay had more chemistry with Andre Braugher's character (and his character was way more interesting too).

Mariska Hargitay re-signed for a 14th season should the show get picked up. |

Synopsis: Spoiler:
Episode 23 of 23 Remember this was renewed for a 14th season. Mariska Hargitay will return as well. This was the 1st season that I watched SVU week to week and I have liked it alot. Amaro and Rollins were good replacements. |
Re: Law & Order: SVU -- Season Finale -- "Rhodium Nights" -- 5/23/12
That was quite the ending.

Cragen is screwed

Re: Law & Order: SVU -- Season Finale -- "Rhodium Nights" -- 5/23/12
That was a holy shit ending.
|
Re: Law & Order: SVU -- Season Finale -- "Rhodium Nights" -- 5/23/12
I think that's the first time SVU (or rather any L&O) has actually had a cliffhanger ending for the season finale.
|
Re: Law & Order: SVU -- Season Finale -- "Rhodium Nights" -- 5/23/12
I knew the Captain should have given Johnny Fontaine that movie part.
|
Re: Law & Order: SVU -- Season Finale -- "Rhodium Nights" -- 5/23/12
That was certainly a surprise.

Re: Law & Order: SVU -- Season Finale -- "Rhodium Nights" -- 5/23/12
They certainly went all Godfather on us with that ending.

Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
This was the best SVU in years.

Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
I just finished the last 3 episodes of last season on Hulu Plus tonight. Haven't watched the 2 hour premiere yet. I have to watch it on Hulu Plus this year because of a few DVR conflicts. I mentioned it in last season's thread, that was the 1st full season I watched SVU from start to finish. It was a really good season overall.
That was a crazy cliffhanger last season with the Captain waking up in bed with the prostitute, who was talking to Amaro. Plus, having her throat slit added a really sinister vibe to it. Looking forward to season 14. |
Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
hopefully Adam Baldwin will be in more episodes
|
Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
I'm glad they did an extended recap because all I remembered from last season's finale was dead prostitute in Cragen's bed. There were a lot of twists and turns but it was really good.
Amaro lost his damn mind for awhile here but hopefully he'll walk it off. Nice to see Adam Baldwin again and I too hope he will stick around for a couple more episodes. |
Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
Great episode!

Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
I've always loved this show and, even though I like Amaro, I still miss the hell out of Stabler. That said, last season was still strong and they really kicked of this season with a bang!
If the rest of the season can keep this up, I'll be very impressed. |
Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
 Just finished the 2 hour premiere. Awesome episodes. Great follow up to last season's cliffhanger. Lots of twists and turns.
Did not expect the reveal that the DA was taking in dirty money to help for her daughter's care. I can see why they expanded this storyline an extra hour since the story was so broad. I guess this episode also explains how they were writing out Amaro's wife since Laura Benanti is now on Go On. My only complaint was the casting of Peter Jacobson from House as the big time pimp. Totally not believable at all as that type of character. He seems too much of a schlub. |
Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
This show has become the island of misfit toys - what, no former cast members from Lost were available?

Re: Law and Order: SVU -- Season 14 -- Wednesdays (NBC)
good to see that although Criminal Intent is gone it's not forgotten

There is a SVU season 14 thread. I don't think you needed to start a whole thread about a deleted scene from last night. |
