Ok episode. It didn't have as many crazy twists and turns. They kinda hinted that the boss might have something to do with it just by the way that he was acting.

This show continues to be higher in quality than the other two shows, although Farina's addition is nice.

That was a great episode - easily the best L&O series on the air and this season is starting to rival the earlier (and better) original L&O seasons.

It really is, and coming from me, that's saying a lot.

Definitely. Fantastic episode. I like how the show can throw in swerves but still be realistic and entertaining, not like most other shows that throw in swerves just for the sake of swerves.
That was a creepy kid. Was it wrong for me to be happy when he was wasted in the courthouse?

11/16 Law & Order: SVU (Charisma)... plus a local affiliate rant
Charisma airdate: 11/16
Now for the rant...
"Arrggghhhh!" doesn't even begin to explain my pain tonight.
Here is San Antonio we are getting hit with a really bad storm, and the NBC affiliate WOAI is the official local weather channel around here.
They preempted 3 hours of Prime Time television to talk about the storm. Meanwhile, CBS and ABC did minor updates here and there, but stayed with their programming.
So I missed out on L&O:SVU tonight. Now I've gotta look around the guide on my TiVo and figure out when they are going to re-air the show. Hopefully my Season Pass will pick it up.

Another strong episode but I thought it was way too simplified at the end.

Did anyone notice a shot of Munch that looked like it was shot with no production value whatsoever. It was a 3 camera setup with BEnson, Munch, and one other person. Whenever it cut away to Munch, it looked like horrible documentary footage, or like it was filmed through a television set.

I liked the different take to seeing the station dealing with what happened. Wasn't too surprised that they took Elliot out of the loop, he was a little high strung.
Didn't care for the ending with Abraham going off on the holier than thou, mightier than God speech, seemed out of place for someone with that much control over his flock.

He was showboating for the kid is how I took it. Anyway, pretty powerful and disturbing episode. I've always found Channing from The First Power scary-looking.

I didn't like the ending much either, but it was a great episode prior to that, especially delving into the scenes with the detectives talking about how the murder scene affected them.
So was there seven victims at the original crime scene?

I forgot my only gripe by the way -- not enough Casey. And it would've been interesting to see how Elliott would've gone to town on Abraham's ass.
