I'm figuring he threatened Skylar so that the entire family would be put into protective custody. that's why he gave Holly back. He's going after Todd's group.

Still not convinced that Skyler is safe from Walt, especially given that theory of how Wakt picks up traits from people he killed.
That was his goodbye, he was very emotional on that phone call.

Also, none of the previous guests mentioned as a possible spoiler showed up and I'm glad they didn't go that route.

This! Not a word of what he said he really meant. It must have crushed him on the inside to say those things. The last thing he really wanted was for Hank to be dead.

Valid theories but I think his rage over Flynn finding out was real.

Yeah, well it's good memories or looking out for his family. He made his decision.

I wonder when they filmed the cold open. I really think that looked like it was unused footage from the pilot.

Nope, Paul's face has a little more fat on it now and it was obvious in the opening.

Probably the best part of the episode for me. We got all of his famous swear lines in the same episode. This is bullshit!

Jesse finds out about Jane in the same episode that Walt Jr. finds out about Walt .... amazing.

I do think everything is lining up for Jesse to off Mr. White when it's all said and done.

My only problem: Are we supposed to believe the neo-Nazis would stay in the risky meth business when they just got the biggest and easiest payday they could ever have imagined? They also murdered two Federal agents. Even those boneheads would be go-go-and-gone with $70 Million between the five of them.

Best show on TV confirmed.

The worst thing about tonight's episode coming to an end is having to dredge through the second to last episode of Dexter. Ugh!

Cranston was obviously wearing a wig.

That was one intense hour... it felt like a finale. I can't imagine how the real finale will go down.

Best scene for me was Walt's phone call to Skyler. Great attempt at a goodbye and attempt to distance her from everything.

Exactly. I plan to break it up by watching Talking Bad tonight. Then cap it all off with The Newsroom.

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Ozymandias" -- 9/15/13

A bit off topic but do people really think that the Walking Dead is as good of a show as Breaking Bad. I watched the first season of it and didn't think it was nearly as good as the first season of this show and it is the lowest rated of them all.

I think Skyler knew what Walt was saying to her in that last phone call. By her responses I think she could tell what he was trying to do.

Yup, Dexter should be a good way to wind down the evening after the roller coaster this episode was.

Did anyone catch the appearance by Walt's pants from the first season?

The corrupt always want more. The only problem I have is letting Walt go, because Todd likes him.

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Ozymandias" -- 9/15/13

Is there enough evidence to get a conviction for Skylar? Especially now they told Jr. will he stay silent? I don't see Marie protecting her either with Hanks death partly Skylar's fault.

Saul is definitely fucked. I bet we see him in Jail next episode.
