Second episode I've liked this season. Glover was awesome. Fake bloopers were great too.

Glover's Abed and the dean's Jeff were a lot of fun. The body swap stuff was a good story idea. And the outtakes ending was one of the better show endings, even by previous season standards.

Overall a strong season 4 episode, but I think I'm ready to have Community end and not dilute the series further with another weak season.

I'm gonna start a list of people hoping they cancel the show who will continue to post in Community threads if it's renewed instead of finding things to do that they do enjoy.

I thought it was hilarious. I thought Troy did a great "Abed". Abed's "Troy" wasn't as solid. But is that the limitation of the actor, or the character? Hard to say. I liked the Jeff/Dean stuff, and Annie's reaction was great as well.

Well speaking just for me, I know very well that it will have to go unwatchable for me to stop watching. That's where the line was crossed with The Office. Yes, I make no bones about it -- if a show is floundering just north of that line with no prospect for improvement, I'm all about yanking it off life support and ending things.

I don't want a renewal. If it gets renewed, I'll be back next year. My comments I believe have been substantive and appropriate to threads. Anybody who disagrees can skip them in this and/or any thread they like.

I liked it. The relationship stuff was a drag, but setup the body switching gags pretty good. I never thought Britta and Troy had any chemistry so I never took their relationship nearly as serious as this episode did.

Glover/Troy did a decent Abed, but Abed is equal parts caricature and character, so the bar is lower. On the other hand they've dialed back Troy's idiocy making him a bit more bland.

Dean and Annie's reaction was great. Annie and Shirley's gag wasn't. They've never written Shirley as being nearly as academically focused as Annie and yet suddenly she's valedictorian while at the same time having a baby, raising a family and running a new business.

Really? I know these things are subjective and I don't want to ruin anyone's enjoyment of the show, but I could name at least 10 episodes from season 2 alone that were better than this one.

That said, I did mostly like this one, and while I need to go back and rewatch the season, this was probably the funniest episode they've done this year. Some random thoughts:

- I thought the main story suffered because the Troy/Britta relationship was so lackluster. Also, even though Abed was the one talking to Britta the whole episode, at the end when Troy finally confronts her, it was like he knew everything that had been said during their date. That was weird.

- Like much of this season, the plot of this one felt like a retread; this time of the superior Abed Dreamatorium episode from last season.

- I think Jim Rash is really funny, but imo the whole cross-dressing/in love with Jeff aspect of his character is so very tired. Still, I thought his impression of Jeff was hysterical. I also liked Annie's reaction to him, although I think it would have been funnier if they hadn't dwelled on it so much and just let it happen onscreen.

- The janitors and their murder mystery probably made me laugh more than any joke the show has done all year.

- Generally speaking, I think the show is trending in the right direction. If it continues getting better I might not mind another 13 episodes so it could go out with some dignity.

Loved it. Still love the show. Has it taken a dip? Sure. But it's still good

Probably not the right place to post this but I saw Gillian Jacobs on Kevin Pollak's Chat Show recently. Those who are fans of hers (and have almost 2 hours to spend) may want to take a look:

If you want to back further and check out Allison Brie:

Might have to check that out later. I dumped his show when he started charging and never looked back.
