A "stranger" who had saved multiple people in the group, and risked her life on many occasions, went on runs for supplies, etc. That's no stranger to me. That's a high value member of the group.

It depends, had you saved my life at some point? Put my kid's life over your own? Gone out looking for supplies while I stare at my dead wife in a field?

She earned her place in the group and just gets a bad rap because of all the brooding. I love how none of that matters to some of you though. Toss her to the wolves, she's not one of us!

I still try to refuse to buy into the plot spoiler moratorium, especially when the whole of hinges on it like on Agatha Christie mysteries. The pleasures of And Then There Were None, Murder On the Orient Express, Death On the Nile and countless other have been enjoyed by millions for decades based on their classic surprises and narrative constructions. Hell, even knowing there's a twist in a movie can sometimes have audiences watching for them. I'd consider the Vader stuff common knowledge though .

Exactly han. And I did have And Then There Were None spoiled for me by an idiot friend, the fucking day we got the book assigned to us. So 2 years later I spoiled The Sixth Sense for him (although another friend already spoiled that for me). That Sixth Sense friend and I were once giving a report on some random book and he told the entire class who the killer was, so go figure.

I'd mentioned that Sixth Sense story before, but he ruined a classic book for me. That was some good payback, even though it was spoiled for me already!

I don't have an issue with how Rick is handled. He's not a saint, he's made mistakes and his mental state is seriously fucked up. I like that he's not perfect and doesn't do the right thing all the time. He was staring at an army, looking back at his group that is falling apart and decided to do something desperate. Then he came to his senses.

Most people would probably be pretty fucked up surviving a zombiepocalypse, so I'm glad that is reflected.

Rooker did a great job but I've never liked his character so I'm glad he's gone. His plan at the end though was awesome. And considering the others beat the shit out of him, I'm not surprised the the Governor was able to take him out.

On the contrary - he had to petition to be in it.

He was a guest on the Nerdist podcast, and told the story - a friend of his heard about the part and told him it was perfect for him. Problem is, he'd blown off Frank Darabont 19 years ago for a part in one of his films that Rooker had already accepted in order to take a higher paying gig - and Darabont STILL held a grudge, and said no way to Rooker being involved. Rooker had to call Darabont personally and make amends before Darabont would cast him.

19 years ago was 1994. I wonder if Rooker blew off a role in "The Shawshank Redemption?" Dumb move, if so.

I hate to say it, but I think this show's finest hour is behind them. The only high drama now is when character's die. With a premise such as this, there's only so much story to tell before you hit a wall.

At this point I have no idea what some of you expect from this show.

Explain to me what would be "pointful" in your mind? They can't find a cure for zombies. This is a story about a small group of people trying to survive in a hostile world. Plenty of things are moving forward (Andrea's capture, the proposal, Merle, Tyrese's group). What's missing?

you are watching the wrong show...they need story and purpose.... if you want just gore and killing... get COD2 and play zombie mode for hours...
