Seems Rick was as surprised as I was to hear the Governor say "That was quite a stash of weapons you brought back" This guy needs to be taken out and taken out QUICK.

I assume they're going to lose the prison, the way they lost the farm. It's the Gilligan's Island Syndrome. So close, yet so far.
So much going on. I'm really anxious to see what happens next. It's a lot of fun to watch. Best reason to pay for satellite right now.
People from both sides making friends. Maybe we'll see some characters split together.

Easily the worst episode of the series for me. Let's waste an hour with a pointless "negotiation", Blech. I guess they just want to wait until the last episode.

Seems like the writers have largely listened to the fans and created a show with fewer of the problems that plagued earlier episodes/seasons (killing off Lori, turning Carl into a badass, improving the pacing, more gore, better characterization of Michonne, etc.), so I'm continually baffled that Andrea gets as much screen-time as she does every week. Her character is awful and adds nothing worthwhile to the show.
And about the ep., loved it, and a great follow-up to last week's (probably my favorite to date).

Of course he walked into what could easily have been an ambush tonight, so his police instincts might be off...

It seemed completely out of character for Rick to not just shoot the Governor in the head.
After last week's amazing episode this one was a serious letdown. I can't believe they're going to drag this Boringbury plot out for another 3 weeks.

Why wasn't tonight epsiode closed-captioned? Since I'm hard of hearing I alway have them on but this was the only episode not to have them.

That's why last weeks episode was such a pleasant surprise for me. 16 hours is way too long for this storyline. Now they have to drag out what we all know is coming. This was a filler episode, and I'm afraid we're going to get another next week. Last week was perfect.

This is beginning to be a show where nothing happens till the last ten minutes.
I don't know why I thought this was the finale tonight.

Khan and Kirk never met face to face in Star Trek II. These two didn't have to, either.
There was no logical reason for Rick not to plug one in the Governor's head first thing that Ol' Winky hung up his gun belt.

It's amazing how nobody appreciates the art of telling a story anymore.

But... I do think this whole meeting was unneccersary. I do like the conflict of should he give up Michone for the greater good or not though. But there is no reason for Rick not to have just shot him there and end it.

Now, he knows how much of a psychopath the guy is, but has an inner debate about handing over Michonne? He doesn't shoot the guy on sight? Rick should have gone there with the plan to ambush the governor.
