Universal Orlando has a whole Marvel zone at the Islands of Adventure park. It's a deal they did before Disney bought Marvel. It's technically based on the comics, so they can use all the characters regardless of what studio owns the film rights. But they can't feature any film-related imagery, so no Downey as Stark, etc. And Disney World cannot feature Marvel content inside their parks, even though they own the property. They couldn't even promote Avengers on the side of one of their monorails because it passed through Epcot.

Interesting. Thanks for that.

Between Disney buying Pixar, Marvel & Lucasfilm it would make one helluva interesting book breaking down all these properties.

What a bizarre fucking ending. What the hell Latoya? She had it in the bag to get rid of Omarosa and totally fucked it up. What a ditz. I did love the cajones she had to ask for the power to fire a team member, so props for that.

And I still can't believe Omarosa was engaged to Michael Clark Duncan.

Words can not describe how dumb that was.

Also Latoya's comments about her killing Michael was cringe worthy.

So I wonder what she was able to accomplish by handling the emergency? 911 tapes are public record, right? How did she think she was going to stop their release?

There is no way in hell Trump was going to fire Omorosa in week 3. She and Gary are the only two people on the show that drive ratings.

Exactly and everyone on the team knows it, so it basically becomes a self fulfilling prophecy as noone will bother to bring her into the boardroom.

He filters pretty much everything through her in the boardroom, builds up the villain angle every chance he gets, and he is completely full of shit when he says "I probably would have fired her". You could kind of see that Arsenio figured this out rather quickly inthe boardroom and I think he carefully spun it so as not to annoy Trump.

No matter what Trump said, he was not going to fire Omarosa.

Trump is so delusional... He keeps talking about how well the show is doing. Has he seen the ratings?

Yep. Latoya realized that and therefore left Omarosa alone. Even though Trump kept going "I see through her act, you should have brought her in" he'd have never fired her anyway. A good chunk of the ratings will go the minute she does.

And when it comes to Busey, people need to stop stepping on eggshells and just call him crazy. The sooner he realizes that's how the world sees him, the sooner he might actually do something about it. His motorcycle accident screwed up his brain for life. I swear he thinks it didn't happen that way at all.

And nothing Latoya said about Omarosa in regard to Mr. Duncan was cringe worthy. Loved every second of it. Kudos to NBC for airing it.

Well I liked one minute she's yelling she's an editor for OK magazine and then later complaining about he tabloids releasing the 911 tapes.

Considering the last time I checked, most people considered OK a tabloid magazine.

It would be nice to see someone call him out on it, like full blown bringing up the ratings and whatnot.

How can they bring up ratings to a show that has not aired yet? and how can they call him out on not firing Omarosa if they don't bring her into the board room, the smart thing to so was bring her in and then when he does not fire her that will expose him to the public as a fraud because there is not one person on earth that would not have fired her

I don't like calling it a show.. it's beyond that.

Latoya's an idiot. And I second that Trump wouldn't have fired Omarosa. I can hear it now "I can't fire her because she had to leave on an emergency.. things happen..". I'n my opinion Latoya goes home no matter what she did. I don't think she thought that deep about it though.. I think she was just afraid of Omarosa and didn't want to deal with her anymore. So she picked 2 people she knew would be safe and it was her way of just running away from the show.

I'd rather have Omarosa than Latoya anyhow. Latoya adds nothing to the show.

No, he would have said something sympathetic about Michael Clark Duncan and about how horrible the tabloids are and that would have given him enough cover to keep her around.

Not specific ratings, but that she is clearly a ratings draw. Trump said as much himself. She made the first season the hit it was. Without her there is no strife on their team. Same with Busey on Plan B.

Omarosa brings conflict so she's good for drama but first season or two of Apprentice was right time, right place for cashing in on the reality show craze. Ratings have gone into the toilet basically ever since those first few seasons. I highly doubt anyone gives a shit about Omarosa or is watching the show strictly to see her despite what delusional Donald says. Trump is full of shit most of the time.

There have been 5 previous seasons of Celebrity Apprentice and ratings have been awful, there is no evidence this season will be any different.

Re: The All-Star Celebrity Apprentice Thread -- Season 6 -- Sundays (NBC)

Down from last year:

The business tycoon’s All-Star Celebrity Apprentice returned Sunday night to its lowest-rated premiere ever for a celebrity edition of the reality franchise. Only 5.1 million viewers tuned in to watch the show, which had a 1.6 rating among adults 18-49. That’s down 38 percent from last year’s premiere. Contestants include Trace Adkins, Bret Michaels, La Toya Jackson and Omarosa.

It may be fixed later. NBC put out a press release saying all episodes will be 2 hours for the season.

Though after watching last week's it felt like squeezing blood from a stone. They were really stretching that boardroom to fit two hours.
