Re: Buffy The Sheep Slayer

It's all good, awil1026. I'm trying to play an interesting role in the Sheep with all the vitriol.

I put Season 6 ahead of 4 and 7 in real life, but Sheep isn't always about my actual opinion ...

That said, all the Riley hate really has me worrying about my answer on #20, even though my answer is objectively and scientifically correct.

I'd like to test your opinion.

I've re-watched the final arc of season 6 numerous times. The season also had some great comedic moments.

I wouldn't worry. Riley didn't come up because he was annoying; he came up, and people were reminded of how annoying he was. There's a big gap between my #20 and Riley.

My answer for #20 is far and away the most correct. Whether or not it's a good sheep answer is a different question.

Thanks, although I feel like I'm missing a key to that chart. Has anyone seen Dawn?

I'm hoping you and I are on the same page on this question, because if we're not, I'd have to say that your answer to #20 isn't correct. I will defend my answers to questions 3 and 20 as being "the most correct" to my death.

Well, you'd better hope we're on the same page on question 3 or else you have to die. I already made that same pledge.

That chart isn't all that helpful. It mainly alternates episodes as they aired, for the most part.

I think this one is a bit more useful (and practical):

Based on this thread, I know you didn't say season 6. If you've read this thread, you would know that I didn't say season 4. So as long as, based on that knowledge, you think our answers could be the same, they likely are.

Death to Adrian Monk!

ETA: Season 1 is an easy choice...but it's WRONG as it isn't SEASON FOUR, the ONE TRUE CORRECT ANSWER

I have no idea what Slam Dunk is...oh well

I put S4 as the worst. I actually enjoyed S6....probably better than 1....

Season 4 features "Hush." This alone makes it better than at least one of the other seasons.

We did not have the same answer. I can see why you chose the answer you did, but mine is empirically more annoying.

It also doesn't have "I, Robot... You, Jane." I actually feel like popping in "Hush" right now.

Hush and Restless are the exceptions that prove the rule (the rule being that season four is the worst season).

I guess we'll see how I feel after watching it alternately with Angel.

I actually didn't enjoy Restless (and it's one of the few episodes I've only seen once). I came into that episode with preconceived notions. I must rewatch it at some point.

Anyways, season 4 is substantially better than the season that actually is the worst.

Restless is so dense that it can feel like work to get through, but there's a ton going on in that episode. It's really one of the ballsiest things I've seen on TV (Hush being another).

I can't exactly remember my thoughts at the time, but I do remember the season 4 arc being over and wanting to move on to Buffy vs. Dracula. Season 4 is by far the season I've spent the least amount of time with, so I've managed to avoid re- watching Restless.

Re: Buffy The Sheep Slayer

Since some people were confused over question 18, an example would be something like "wiggins", a word or phrase that's heavily associated with the show.

Hmm . . . I'm starting to think I chose poorly on question 3.

All I could think of for 18 was Five by Five.

That was the quote that made me think of the question. I was reading up on Faith.
