Before we get to the answers on this, I need to crowdsource an answer since the Buffy wiki is inconsistent on the matter.

Is the Groosalugg a full member of Team Angel? The Buffy wiki lists him as a member of Angel Investigations, but if you go to his individual page, he's listed as "Angel Investigations (ally)". The Angel Investigations page has an ally section and he's not there, he's a full member. Opinions?
