That's like telling me I should like a movie because the book it's based on is good.

Huh!? No. I'm just saying that they are considered by many to be one of the best live bands going at them moment. Q magazine has named them the best live act in the world a few times. I was a passing fan until I went to see them in concert, and the hype was true. At least for me. The live CD did nothing for me FWIW.

Muse sucks by every known standard.

I really liked "Oh What A Sorry Lot We Are"

Having Big Bird on was brilliant, but the puppetteer must have been drunk. Words and lips were out of sync the whole time. Maybe it's hard to do live. I don't know.

Its hard to do live. Spinney is viewing everything through a monitor in the costume so he's always had trouble doing perfect synching.

Never heard of Muse before this show. Never heard of Q magazine either. I guess I'm not hip anymore. Do the kids still say "hip"?

I don't believe Muse, Q Magazine or "Hip" really apply to the kids these days.

It's more Kesha, Facebook, and Ermahgerd ... or something, on one hand I'm kind of impressed pop music made a comeback, on the other hand it's still terrible. I don't know of any "bands" that are really popular right now across all demographics, though both Mumford and Sons albums are in the top 20 right now (#1 and #20). In other news, people still buy albums.

Muse is alright, never cared for U2.

I thought Craig did a fine job. The construction worker skit was great. He's clearly excited to be doing something different like this.

Muse has been around for a while and they are not a new band.

Starlight is ok and and I like the instrumental in the beginning and not the singing but they are not one of my favorite bands.

I think I found the longest one. Jeff & Beau Bridges hosted on Feb. 26, 1983. Jeff Bridges didn't host again until Dec. 18, 2010, for a total of 27.75 years.

Another one is Sigourney Weaver, who hosted on Oct. 11, 1986, and next hosted on Jan. 16, 2010, for a total of 23.25 years.

Is it a safe assumption that this weekend's show with Louis C.K. as the host is now a "no-go"?

Who knows, but it could be quite likely. The storm would have made it really difficult for them to get any work done on Monday and Tuesday, which are the biggest days in their cycle for developing Saturday's show.

They're repeating this ep tonight (12/1).

The next week we get Jamie Foxx and Ne-Yo on 12/8 and Martin Short and Paul McCartney on 12/15.
