I liked that they didn't do a flashback scene to start off each episode this season... I always found that it got annoying how repetitive it was only showing a bit more each time.
I guess Kate is Patty's half-sister?
I still can't see them killing off Ellen... I get a feeling it's a set-up to nail Patty for attempted murder.
