Journeyman. God damn writer's strike of 2007! Wish Kevin McKidd was still on this than playing a doctor on Greys Anatomy. At least episode 13 had a very satisfying ending.
When I went to Hong Kong on vacation a few years ago, I actually found a bootleg DVD set of it for $2.50 and snagged it right away since it's never going to get a DVD release here in America.
The Chicago Code
Melrose Place 2.0
Sons of Thunder (aired on CBS in the late 1990's) -- Walker Texas Ranger spinoff
Terriers
Law and Order: Los Angeles

Day Break with Taye Diggs and Moon Bloodgood.
Cancelled after a few episodes, but all 13 eventually aired on the Internet and syndication. You can buy the complete series for like $5 on Amazon. Awesome 1 season show with a satisfying end.

And The Green Hornet. Fondly recall watching these back-to-back on ABC friday nights in 66/67.
There was a short lived, 17 episode spy show called Blue Light. Premiered same night as Batman on ABC in janurary 1966. Starred Robert Goulet as David Marsh, an american journalist similiar to O'Reilly, Limbaugh etc. Marsh is in Germany during WWII broadcasting german propaganda ala Tokyo Rose. He is the most hated man in america. Any allied soldier would gladly shoot him.
In reality he is an allied spy posing as a traitor to rub elbows with the Nazi hoi polloi.
His code name is "Blue Light". There were originally 13 blue light agents but the gestapo hunted down the other 12 and Marsh is the last.
A three part episode was edited together and released as a feature film. It's titled I Deal In Danger and available on DVD if curious.

Yeah, I totally gapped on the Prisoner.
Buffalo Bill was a good call too.
How about a talk show that really doesn't fit the spirit of the question, but was great? "Late World with Zach."

Oh, shit, I forgot about another one. Life on Mars (US). That was such an awesome show.

I know a lot of people didn't enjoy it and a lot of people resented it for taking Deadwood's spot, but I thought it was a great show.
