This show gets away with some of the most gruesome headshots on TV. In fact, a lot of the stuff this show does seems as though it would guarantee a movie an R rating.

That was a pretty intense scene. Gus is a total badass. I guess he felt confident that they weren't there to kill him, but just trying to send a message.

Wow that was a really good episode. Things really seem to be falling apart and the fight at the end was damn intense. It sucks that Jesse and Walt's partnership is so strained right now as I really like the dynamic the two characters have when they work together. Not sure I like the idea that Gus is sending Jesse to Mexico (although I'm fairly sure it won't go as planned). Skyler is definitely about as close to breaking bad as Walt has with helping Ted cover his books and laundering the money for the car wash.

Just remember, she was covering her own ass. She did/is doing this because her name is on the books and she doesn't want it to lead to an investigation into of the car wash.

Another excellent episode!

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Bug" -- 9/11/11

Great episode, and one of the funniest too! The subtle humor in this show is the best. Like when Walter was asking about what tv shows Jessie watched and he mentioned Ice Road Truckers. What's it about? These guys drive on ice, ok. lol I also cracked up when Walter called Mike to give him a heads up about Hank, and you just hear click.

Didn't really care to see Skylar's boss again. Looks like he is going to be another bad apple to threaten Walter in the long run.

She played as a dumb blonde, was hired for looks and had no idea what she was doing as an accountant.

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Bug" -- 9/11/11

Great episode. Love where this is going. Walt has had an ass kicking coming to him for a long time now. Glad it was Jesse that gave it to him. Jesse has been taking on a lot of the emotional baggage from their business and Walter keeps on picking at him, bit by bit. An explosion like this was inevitable.

And I loved Sylar's line about Quicken. "It's like having a calculator on your computer."

So, next season: Jesse/cartel vs. Walt/Gus?

That's one reason why I love this. The story could go anywhere and keeps you on your toes.

Great episode. I like how this show makes you think in advance.

Did you forget that Mike kicked the shit out of him in the bar? Seems like no one respects Walt.

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Bug" -- 9/11/11

Can't believe only 4 episodes left, it's gone so fast seemed like the first half of the season simmered for so many episodes, with shit finally going down a couple weeks ago. Jesse going to Mexico has so many implications and strorylines they could go with.

Skysugartits and that whole performance was hilarious, but yeah it's always to save her own ass.

Jesse getting closer with Mike and Gus is defnitely changing the dynamic between him and Walt and nice to see if finally come to a boiling point.

That was just a sucker punch and a couple of kicks. Nothing close to the beat down that Jesse gave him.

Plus the fact that it came from Jesse should carry a lot of weight for Walt. Up until now, Jesse was the only one who Walt probably felt that he could trust to have his back. You would think this would be a major wake up call for Walt, but I seriously doubt it.

Re: Breaking Bad -- "Bug" -- 9/11/11

So if the Cartel starts making the blue too, then in the long run they can end up being the fall guys for Hanks investigation.

And now I'm wondering if Skyler doesn't turn out to be as dangerous as the rest--if her old boss keeps screwing things up, I could see her deciding he needs taking out for her own family's safety...
