I can't stand Nancy's attitude. She's either completely rude (hanging up that chick's cell phone? In reality, that chick would've stabbed her ass) or incredibly stupid (her shenanigans while out are ridiculous). Not sure how I feel about this season so far, but I can't say they didn't need to do something drastic.

I agree. I feel like after 7 seasons they still have not firmly established her character (or any of the other characters for that matter). This season is okay so far, about on par with last season, but it still feels as directionless and random as the show has been since season 2. Too many new random characters being introduced all the time and inevitably forgotten.

I still watch, if only to fantasize about what could have been had they not ruined the great set up in season 1.

No, she will just test negative. Because the guy gave her a fake joint to see how she'd react, cause he doesn't like working with people who use their product. That, or the whole crew will somehow grab her and escape and everyone will be on the run.... again.
