Considering HBO produces the Game of Thrones DVD/BDs and commissioned the production company that produced the extras and commentaries, they must have seen the extras and listened to the commentary tracks and signed off on them before they were pressed and shipped.

I think they are being reactive by some asswipe Bush supporter who made a stink about it.

So Conservatives got pissed off because the profile of the severed head looks like GW Bush's profile.

Yet Liberals didn't get pissed off at all by the severed head's clearly hippie hairdo that I think is unmistakably based on Jerry Garcia.

Interesting... very interesting.

Except for the entire episode not being available on HBO Go, iTunes or Amazon Instant anymore, and who knows when it will be again.

Here's a relayed comment unedited: "Sucks for the legits." (Yes, it was said exactly that way.)

People who download the episode illegally will have no trouble seeing it in its original form.

Conservatives throwing a fit and screwing things up for everyone else. This is why we can't have nice things.

So, Sibel Kekilli, the woman that plays Shae was a porn star. Google it.

I will never understand the fascination some men have with watching a woman shave.

Here's the replacement: http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/06/25/ga...ced-new-photo/

Typical that they would obscure Bush's head but leave Janet Reno's head fully visible front and center.

Re: Game of Thrones -- Season Finale -- "Fire and Blood" -- 6/19/11

A little late on the viewing, we just finished Season One. My wife and I didn't know what to make of the beginning of the story, which was essentially jumping right into the middle of things. We re-watched the first episode once we had an inkling what was going on, just to get a better feel for the story. I liked it from the get-go, my wife admits it was a little confusing for her at first but as the story unfolded she found herself more and more captivated by it. Now both of us can't wait to see what happens in Season Two. Excellent wrap up to this season...

There be dragons!
