Good episode. I like that this show is willing to show people getting hurt or killed--keeps the stakes high.

Oded Fehr is great--I like his character and he has good chemistry with Annie. Nice to see him again.

Joan on jury duty was funny.

"You look too Jewish to be Mossad, so I'm guessing... MI6?"

"Excuse me? "

I loved the note to the judge, but surely the better course of action would have been getting excused from the start? Federal court is crazy -- they actually LIKE to have lawyers on the jury, and that's a scary prospect because lawyers have strange views on the law. I forget what her cover was, but it sounded like something that required education. Federal cases are often so complex all sides strongly value that attribute.

It had something to do with the World Bank.

Does anyone know the name and artist of the song they played at the end of 'Good Advices'? I've been trying to find out since I heard it Tuesday nite, and it's no where to be found. The song sounds awesome!
PLEASE, if you know reply..it's driving me crazy
Thanks

This episode was so much better than the premier. I felt like it actually had scope and there were some stakes. In fact, I think it might have worked pretty well as a two parter if they were so inclined.

I think this may the first time I've actually liked Joan. Not so much for the court room scenes, but her discussion with Auggie at the end - she actually came off as a person and not a wooden caricature.

I'd like to see them develop some sort of overarching threat for the year and not be limited to these one off cases. For instance they could use the "mystery" weapons dealer they snapped the photo of develops into somebody they stay after the entire season.

LOVE the chemistry between Annie & Eyal! Bring Oded Fehr back for more. Much sexier than Annie & Ben.

If episode 2 is any indication, it's better! Give it another shot. Sometimes shows need to catch their stride.
