GREAT illustrated maps/diagrams of character relationships and Houses, and it has been updated to include spoilers from each of the first four episodes:

Re: Game of Thrones -- "The Wolf and the Lion" -- 5/15/11

The funny thing is I've never even come close to being a spoiler cop here for anything. Check my history.

But you know, when people who have already taken over the weekly thread make posts akin to gloating about it, yeah I'm gonna call them out for being a douche about it.

Re: Game of Thrones -- "The Wolf and the Lion" -- 5/15/11

My original post was a joke related to a very specific discussion from a previous episode thread that didn't involve you at all as far as I can remember. Maybe you should have considered something like that might be the case instead of jumping on in with the insults and name-calling right off the bat.

Anyway...I'm looking forward to this episode and any new characters that may be introduced.

Re: Game of Thrones -- "The Wolf and the Lion" -- 5/15/11

I'm well aware of what has transpired in the previous threads.

I might argue calling me the "spoiler police" initiated the name-calling but hey, enjoy the thread. You've earned it - I think.

Stupid Comcast has decided that I can not be an HBO subscriber until they come out to my house and install their decoder box, which won't be until next Saturday. Which means I can't even watch the episode on HBO Go until then.

JasonF, are you having issues with parental controls or some crap? There is a workaround.

Re: Game of Thrones -- "The Wolf and the Lion" -- 5/15/11

MOD NOTE:

There have been some questions/concerns raised about spoilers from the books in these threads. Forum policy is that any spoilers from outside sources need to be tagged. It is expected that people who watch the show and have knowledge of the source material will want to include comments in their posts that mention the books. This is fine as long as it is spoiler-tagged. Please report any untagged spoilers asap.

However, if you want to have *extended* conversations regarding the book material that would be best for another thread labeled as spoilers. No one wants to wade through a thread filled with nothing but black bars either.

I realize it is a fine line, but if your entire post is nothing but a spoiler from the books it probably belongs in the spoiler thread. A few sentences of your post about the book differences in spoiler tags is fine though.

And as always, please try and label general info about your spoiler *before* you tag so people know whether they want to read it or not.

GOOD:
I thought it was interesting that in the book they did
Spoiler:
spoiler from book
.
I just read in EW that in the next episode they are going to
Spoiler:
kill someone

BAD:
Spoiler:
A bunch of spoilery stuff that no one has any idea if they want to read or not by looking under this black box.

Hopefully this is fair to both sides.

Re: Game of Thrones -- "The Wolf and the Lion" -- 5/15/11

The problem at least for me when it comes to the spoiler thread is that it covers all of the books currently out. I have only read the first one so far but I can't go into that thread because of possible spoilers from the whole series.
