^Oops, forgot to add that. Ever since the zombie apocalypse, I just haven't been acting rationally.

This episode was written by Robert Kirkman, who wrote the Walking Dead comic.
Directed by Johan Renck, who apparently directed 2 episodes of Breaking Bad last season.

I can't wait to actually read comments later tonight blasting Kirkman's shitty writing.

This is my first time watching the show. I fully expect nothing to the less of non-stop balls-to-the-wall zombie action.

Prolly shouldn't be expecting that every week, last episode had barely any zombie action
the previews for this one did look pretty wild though

I hope this is the episode where Grimes finds a gatling gun and shoots the zombies in slo-mo Matrix style. I think this happens in issue 10 of the comics.

Much better than last week.
I guess we can credit the people in the camp just holding still and watching themselves get bitten to the 'realism' of the writing? I mean people make bad decisions in a panic, and forget to try and move their arm or not just lean their head over like 'oh you wanna bite? If you were my wife I'd beat the hell out of you because I have a southern accent, but since you're a zombie I'm gonna let you just come on in close and bite me with no resistance.'

Great way to end the episode. Really enjoying the series so far.
Though I do agree, some people kind of just walked into the zombies arms.

Best episode yet. I did not see the two reveals coming (one with the Vatos caretaking, and the second at the camp). Ok, I figured it would be a walker at the tent door, but the next few minutes when all hell broke loose surprised me.
I think I will put the Compendium of the books on my Xmas wish list.

Good episode. I think Ed sitting there getting eaten is fine, mainly because I disliked his abusive ass. Maybe for all his posturing in the end he was a wuss.
Great ending action.

Another fantastic episode though I have 2 complaints:
A: How did the walkers find the camp?
B: The chick whose sister got bitten/eaten. No one put the corpse down thus ensuing yet another walker.

I doubt that Merle would send a bunch of walkers after the group his brother is with.
