Smart that they're dropping the 10 - 11pm "Drama" but yeah, I'll be tuning in and out a lot (Community and 30 Rock being the only two I normally watch).

Awesome news, thanks for posting. Glad we finally have a solid date for the return of Parks And Recreation. Nice to see someone has wised up over at NBC and decided to air it after The Office. It should definitely benefit from that time slot.

That's a lot of half-hour comedies back-to-back. Glad we got a premiere date for Parks and Rec. Don't know anything about Perfect Couples (assume it's a comedy).

There was no 10-11pm drama. The Apprentice has that timeslot right now.

I know most people in this forum only really care about the Thursday comedy block, but there are alot of other moves mentioned in that story.

Parenthood is moving to Monday's at 10pm
Law and Order Los Angeles is moving to Tuesday's at 10pm
Chase is moving to Wednesday's at 9pm
SVU is moving to Wednesday's at 10pm

The Cape premieres Sunday January 9th (2 hours) and will air Monday's at 9pm while The Event is on hiatus
Harry's Law (David E. Kelly's new show) premieres January 17th
The Event returns from midseason hiatus on February 28th
Celebrity Apprentice premieres March 6th

Friends with Benefits, Love Bites and The Paul Reiser Show are all MIA.

Considering they were averaging 4-5 million in that hour with Apprentice, putting comedies with a million more viewers is an improvement.

Of course, NBC is the only major network that seems perfectly happy with a three hour block with a range of 4.5-7.5 million viewers.

I meant "Drama" being non-comedy, but yeah you're right it's Reality TV. Chase is looking dead, I imagine Friends with Benefits and Love Bites will be filling in for it before the end of the season with a summer burn off for the remaining episodes. Quite frankly, that fits Minute to Win It better than Chase anyhow.

I'll check out Perfect Couples and I got into Parks and Rec towards the end of last season, so I'll be watching everything but Outsourced.

It is just me, or is the synopsis on that page very difficult to read. It seems so butchered


The only reason I watch Outsourced is because I'm too lazy to move off the couch at 9:30. I guess I'll be asleep by 10:30. Oh well.

I don't see this as a death sentence for Outsourced. I'd see the 8:30 slot behind the great but getting slaughtered Community as a death sentence. NBC should be looking to maximize the 30 Rock holdover for the local news audience. They didn't choose P&R for that job. They didn't choose the new show. They chose Outsourced.

How Adam Carolla's shows always get passed on is baffling, considering the tripe in NBC's lineup that made the cut instead. Especially when you consider a show starring such a no talent as Olivia Munn can make the grade. Bizarre.

I'll be the lone guy to stand up and say I like Reiser. I don't know much about the show, but I'll check it out. Isn't that the one that Jorge Garcia (Hurley from Lost) is going to be on?

Against Modern Family? That wouldn't have went too well.

Hopefully the Thursday night lineup works, but I think its safe to say Outsourced is screwed now.
