I'm still confused as to how that works, because they say "shit" all the time on F/X and TNT shows which air much earlier. Is there some kind of deal between each network and the advertisers for certain shows? Just seems weirdly inconsistent.

Anyways, back on topic, loved the opening show and just thrilled to have Conan back on TV. The hour flew by, although I was disappointed they didn't have more in the way of sketches, though I guess the entire opening was a sketch.

Like most everyone else, I'm curious to see how he modifies the show for cable, since he can probably push the boundaries a bit more.

With very few exceptions (amc's walking dead at a TV-14), most shows that use the word shit are TV-MA

was it me or did he seem nervous during his opening monologue and thus felt a little flat and humorless? just seemed a little odd, since he is so seasoned by now and would be expected when he took over Tongiht Show, but here?

Seth Rogen is truly insufferable. Otherwise a great show.
