If it's your second go-around... or you know the identities of all twelve Cylons... then this episode can be watched directly after "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II," which is where the framing sequence takes place.
Likewise, "Razor" takes place between "The Captain's Hand" and "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part I" but should not be viewed until you have finished the third season.
