I emailed a complaint to DirecTV about dropping G4 last week. They responded back that they would forward my comments to management. They also gave me a 1-800 number to call for a special deal. Is it worth calling in or are they going to give me a sales pitch?

i think i mentioned in this thread that when i called about this, i got free HD DVR ($199) and service for 1 year ($7/mo).
