Back to back shows with Lady Gaga costumes. It was better in "Community," methinks.

I think Ryan is supposed to be Justin Bieber. Maybe? Who was Oscar (1st) and Kelly (2nd)?

Awww @ Jim. He loves Pam.

Also, Darryl would be a good replacement for Michael.

I thought this was one of the better episodes this season.

I lol'd at Andy as Bill Compton.

Agreed!

Indeed!

Packer's lines were great! I'm liking how they are setting up all these possible scenarios for Michael's departure, and how they are trying to hint at who could be his replacement.

@ Michael making Kevin cry.

Packer's "trouser mouse" was funny. He has a one-track mind.

I thought Pam looked great also. The dark hair did it for me.

I liked the opening bit where everyone did increasingly unusual things to try and get Stanley's attention

Loved the opening gags with Stanley and his comment about vampires. I feel the exact same way.

What about the tease of Daryl possibly replacing Michael

Re: The Office -- "Costume Contest" -- 10/28/10

This episode was pretty good, and the opening was funny as hell.

I wish they would have used Olyphant a little better though. I like him and thought the whole storyline with Pam could have been done a lot better. As it was, I was very disinterested, and he felt like an afterthought this episode.

Yeah - it certainly seems like they are going that direction. Plus after Carrell, I think he's a bigger star now than anyone else on that show.

Loved this episode. I like the fact that nothing has really been over the top so far. I'd be ok with Darryl in a bigger capacity.

Danger there is he might bolt after a season as well.

"Fudge" Packer, you little devil. His line was worth the wait too see him again.

I think the show will probably sink like a stone without Michael Scott. But I will say that the idea of Darryl taking over as head of the office is far more appealing than any of the other rumored ideas of replacements for Carell that I've heard.
