Yeah, no joke. Holding out hope the trend doesn't continue. Losing another 1-2m this week will be the nail in the coffin for this show, imo. Figuring it has a rather hefty pricetag.

I caught the first few eps on Hulu the next day. Now I watch them delayed a few hours on my DVR (due to work).
I'm enjoying it and the quick pace.

I LOVE the way Blair is playing the President. He's as hardcore as any of them, or at least he acts that way when dealing with that Alien dude.

Clifton Collins is a great actor , so I'm glad this got picked up, glad this show got away from the Jason Ritter looking for his chick storyline.

Great episode. You can really feel Evan Katz's influence on this show from his work on 24. I think the plotting and the action have worked really well and you feel tension for all the characters, especially Sean and Leila. It definitely feels like a action-supense thriller more than a goofy science fiction that the Pilot was leading some to believe it was.
I did have to scratch my head, when the screensaver for the Cop and his family came up and Leila figured out the guy was an imposter, why didn't she just move the mouse and clear the screen? It was dumb to leave that hanging.
Blair Underwood is awesome as President Martinez. Loved how cool he was handling the phone call with Thomas.
Not surprised that Sean used Vicky's "Son" as leverage to get Leila back. Now I wonder where that leaves her with her conspirator employers?
They have done a good job using the flashbacks since the Pilot. The back story with Vicky and the baby was interesting and I enjoyed the flashback to how Thomas went rogue.
Thank God this got picked up for a full season!

The first couple of episodes did not do much for me however the last couple have been excellent. Last night was a great episode with the scenes for next week making me want to see the show now. Surprise show for me...did not really think this show would turn out as good as it has so far.

Yay, D.B. Sweeney lives!
His characters have been getting killed off pretty quickly recently.
Blair Underwood is great. I liked how he gave a "child please" look to his wife when she asked if he was going to go through with killing the detainees.

So basically they are going to use regular history (e.g. Manhattan Project) to explain their influence on tech advancement. That's pretty cool.

Great news on the full season order. I think if the first couple of episodes had been in the same vein as these last few, the show would have better ratings.

I thought that was pretty cool, too. I hope they weave other real events into the story. Maybe these guys helped us fake the Moon landing!

The scenes between Shawn and the FBI chick still make me cringe. She's terrible at the part. Other than that, decent episode last night -- good shootout at the police station.

Enjoyed another episode! I was actually surprised they've given us so much back story to the enemies. Usually on shows like this, all the back story is given to the main stars and the bad guys are just flat. Having that back story made it believable that the bad chick would turn on her own people--even if just for this episode. Plus, it made you like her, just a little bit, so you want to see her more. Good stuff.

Very entertaining episode. For some reason I was more interested in the Sean story than in the President/"Aliens" one.
Also, since this show is more on the side of 24 than Lost, I think they should tell us soon who they are. Are they from the future? Are they Aliens? Are they from an alternate reality?

They said on the show that the Manhattan Project sped things up by 20-30 years but that is simply ridiculous. The knowledge required to build the bomb was all there and mostly discovered in the 20s and 30s. If the Americans hadn't done it, the Russians almost certainly would have done it in the next couple of years. That the world would have an atomic bomb by the late 40s was inevitable. The only thing the Manhattan Project accomplished was to beat the Russians and to have the bomb ready in time to end the Pacific war.

And that guy gets shot on the roof, falls off the two or three storey building to the pavement, and then just walks away?! Yup, this show has pungent aroma of 24 all over it.
BTW, anyone keeping a body count? That killer chick is out-Bauering Jack Bauer.

Well it (Manhattan Project) works for me.
I'm not going to over-analyze it.
But I agree with you on the office shootouts.
I already commented on how absurd the FBI one was.
The guy who fell off the roof didn't walk away. The FBI chick who shot him put him in the SUV.

Can someone let me know, in spoiler tags, if the show is about
aliens or not.
I have recorded all of the episodes so far, but if it is about aliens, I probably will not be too interested in watching them.

Hoping this stops bleeding viewers and eventually gets a full season order.
