Rubicon -- "Connect the Dots" - 08/22/10
Surprised to not see a thread for Rubicon this week yet, but I figured I'd start one. I was on the cusp of bailing on the show, but since I don't have anything else to watch at 9 PM on Sundays, I will stick with it.
Episode Synopsis:
Sorry for no fancy picture.

While still slow I'm beginning to find it quite intriguing. I still don't know exactly what Will and his teams jobs are though

I gave up on this show because I actually like it so much I already made the decision to buy it on Blu-Ray when it comes out. I like it quite a bit but get frustrated waiting a week between episodes. This will be one to sit down and watch in a short amount of time.

I was thinking that too, though I'll just save up all the episodes on my DVR and watch them that way.

I think this week's episode was the first one that was actually a bit suspenseful throughout. I'm still hopeful that this show will really get good as the conspiracy becomes more apparent.
Specific Discussion of this Episode below
When Will was telling Bancroft they went way too far already, it seemed like he was doing it to save Bancroft's sanity. Bancroft seemed like he was cracking again under the pressure of "connecting the dots". Did Will also suspect that Spangler or Bloom had the place bugged, as we later found out they did, or was that just a fortunate side effect?
It seems like they are setting up Tanya to be Will's future accomplice in going against API.

No question, he saw all those Post-It's and such on the wall and knew Bancroft was losing it again. Thats why he said to forget it.
Kale gives me the creeps, but I assume its on purpose (good acting by Arliss Howard too) ...
Random thoughts:
Will looks just like 'Boys of Summer era' Don Henley.
Spangler does the twisty things with his glasses just like the actor did in Die Hard 3. Inside joke, perhaps, or maybe its just a real-life bad habit.

I found the first three episodes to be intriguing, but the last past two episodes have been really really dull, I might jump ship with this show - hardly anything happens. I'd rather be eating a Klondike bar.
