Hmm, Beavis' voice doesn't sound right.

Sounded fine to me, wonder if the difference in tape speed might be why it sounds different to you.

I agree with The Cow. Beavis' does sound fine in a few places, but it is off quite a few times as well.

Mike Judge can't do the voice right anymore. It's gotten a little more accurate over the past couple of years though.

So I guess the show will have them ripping on MTV's shows now. That's fine with me.

If the actual cartoon is new, then I'm amazed at how much it looks like the show did originally. Other than Beavis' voice, there is nothing in the cartoon that would tell you it was made in 2011 instead of 1997.

As for the voice, Judge has struggled with it for years. Any of the brief reunion stuff they've done has had Beavis sound different. But for whatever reason, Beavis sounded perfect in the Jersey Shore segment. That segment was of course the best part of the whole thing, as it was knocked out of the park.

I was hoping we'd get the show in HD, and that perhaps some of the references would be updated. (Stewart still wearing a Winger shirt? I still like the Nickelback idea). But these are minor quibbles. Viva Cornholio!

Most notably, the voice sounded different when he had to have Beavis scream or talk in a loud voice. I thought he'd never do B&B-H again because didn't he say that his voice was gone for it - or was it just because KOTH was taking off?

My faith has been restored! When does this start airing?!

Beavis's voice sounds a little deeper, but I don't think its a big deal. If MTV was doing something right, Warren the Ape and Wonder Showzen would still be on the air as well.

If MTV was doing something right, they'd still be playing nothing but MUSIC and putting that other stuff on other channels!

My favorite bit of the Jersey Shore segment was "Yeah, she usually doesn't have sex with her little brother."

Can't wait for this to air.

Yeah if they were smart they'd be making you wait for programmed videos you can watch on YouTube whenever you want instead of producing highly-rated scripted and reality television.

Clearly no thought or research has gone into the decision to make MTV what it is today. If they were doing something right they'd be sticking to an archaic and outdated format from 30 years ago.

Just think, if MTV was still airing videos, instead of people complaining about them not airing videos, they would just complain about people airing shitty videos.

I really liked the clip. The voice of Beavis was way off, but his Cornholio voice was pretty spot on. His "Hey, how's it going" line makes me laugh every time.

Great footage. Judge still has it! If Beavis' voice is the only concern, we're in for a great ride!

The opening with Butthead and the screwdriver was awesome, the hospital was okay, the cult stuff was not so good, but the Jersey Shore stuff was golden!

Surprised they dont have them sitting in front of a computer making fun of youtube videos.
