Enjoyed this episode. It has a lot of likable characters in it.
I liked the post-sex scene with his hot Israeli neighbor. It was nice to see they film it straight on and not resort to camera angle trickery to hide her nudity.

They didn't really obscure much of her nekkidness last season either (thankfully).

Lennie James is probably the main reason for me to stick around this season, as the rest of it just seems tired.

Good episode even though the show just continues to plug away without blowing me away.
I still don't quite understand Ray's desire to be with his ex-wife. At this point I figure Ray would just forget about here since she's pretty bitchy and isn't that great to look at. I still find the storylines with the kids (if you can even call them storylines) boring. In fact, anything really dealing with his wife/kids just slows things down.
I really like the backdrop of this show - in Detroit in the middle of a recession (where times are tough without a recession) with almost every single character struggling fianancially and with impending loss of jobs. It started with needing money for the house/kids - but with the economy further question - it gives Ray more reason to stick to being a man-whore. It feels more legit this way.

I find his ex-wife pretty damn attractive actually.
The thing that annoys me about this show is how awkward Ray is as a man-whore. I know he's new (how a 40 year old man doesn't know how to fuck seems bizarre to me), but it seems unrealistic. What chick is going to dig some guy who's all awkward? Where is the seduction? Women aren't like guys when it comes to sex, but you wouldn't know it from this show. It just doesn't feel real to me, and I don't care that he's packing whatever he's packing. I never get the impression that he knows what the fuck to do with it.
