There are plenty of Katie Cassidy photos online that you can stare at. She will get another gig somewhere...Way too hot to be unemployed.

Re: CW Announces it's 2010-11 Schedule

CW president Dawn Ostroff said "LuX" had a lot of support, "not only from the creative community and fans, but from advertisers." For now, both shows are only 13-episode orders, but Ostroff suggested both could easily get full seasons.
Both meaning OTH & LuX.

Is Allison Mack going to be a regular next season on Smallville? The press release I read listed only Tom Welling, Erica Durance, Justin Hartley, and
Spoiler:
Cassidy Freeman

I'm spoilering her name, so I may as well through up a pic too, huh?

No, she's dropping herself to recurring guest star. The link is in the Smallville to end after 10th season thread.

I just saw that I'm a few threads behind today.

It won't be the same Smallville without her.

Is One Tree Hill a full season or half a season to end it?

Damn, Hellcats looks painful. Not sure what Welling's up to with that one.

That's what I see. 90210 and Gossip Girl to The N or some other cable net, perhaps?

Probably something like "Hi, so...I'm producing this new cheerleader show for the CW, and you've got, um, talent....."

Pull one of the 22 Smallville threads from this season. The general consensus is yes. There were a few mediocre/bad episodes, but overall 70-75% of the season was pretty good.

Re: CW Announces it's 2010-11 Schedule

The wife will be happy that LUX is coming back. I watch it w/ her most of the time - it's not too bad. Nice eye candy.

I will give Nikita a shot - that's about it.

The wife still watches GG], but I bailed on that after the holidays, as it was absolutely brutal to sit through. It ceased being amusing a long time ago.

She had to quit watching 90210 months ago because of recording conflicts - haven't heard her complain about it once.

If I had to guess, part of the reason he returned to Smallville for season 9 and now 10 was his production deal and the CW probably had little to no choice but greenlight his show.

Re: CW Announces it's 2010-11 Schedule

I'm hoping that Nikita will be more serialized and not a "Mission of the week" type show.

I watched a few episodes of the Peta Wilson version from the late 90's, was that serialized or more standalone plots?

Nikita looks somewhat interesting. Hellcats, on the other hand, looked shockingly bad.

Re: CW Announces it's 2010-11 Schedule

Saw a Nikita promo on tv and it did not look that great, but the clip on the first page looks pretty good.

Hellcats looks like a bring it on rip-off. Pass.

Didn't really think OTH deserved another season.

M/TH/F for me.

From what I remember, it was mostly stand-alones, mission of the week stuff.

They didn't even air the last 2 episodes here due to baseball being on. If they aired some other time, I have no idea.

Re: CW Announces it's 2010-11 Schedule

Very happy to see LUX renewed.

I had high hopes when word leaked of a Nikita reboot in the works, but that clip w/Shane West doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Actually, all it does is make me miss USA's awesome version with Peta Wilson and Roy Dupuis that much more.

I suppose Hellcats appeals to the CW's demo, but my God that preview is just brutal.

OTH needs to die.
GG has been a chore to sit through for awhile now.

The networks don't really care about male viewers anymore.

From the Nikita preview, it's not a total copy of Peta Wilson's Nikita. She's already out of Section One (or whatever they're going to call it on the show), for example.
