Some of the episode felt racist.
I'll agree the Tour Guide was annoying but some of the stuff he said was pretty funny and I figured immediately who it was, so that just made me laugh even more. I was like how did I know it was Sacha Baron Cohen.
But yeah it was meh. Could have been better but nope.

According to Conan O'Brien, if you mention a fake website address on a show, the network has to go and buy that address. This came about when Conan jokingly said something about HornyManatee.com, and the show had to buy that web address the next day.

Well that further explains why I personally found the character excruciatingly unfunny. Same as the episode in general. Only plenty of Ol' Ned-erino kept me tuned in.
