I agree completely.

Well, it happened. I actually fell asleep during an episode of 24. Never thought it would happen. Like others have said, it's not that this season is necessarily bad...it's just boring.

Somewhat dull!? It's excrutiatingly boring.
And it's stupid as fuck. That makes it bad.

Totally didn't care about watching this last night, even after last week's somewhat good episode.

Maybe I'll get to it tonight.

Your comments on this thread are making me want to skip it.

At least FF to the part with Jack and the kid in the chamber.

Yeah this season has not been up to par with last season, the scene with Jack and Marcos was one of the best scenes in 24 since season 2, when Jack was ordering the family of the terrorist murdered. It was a classic 24 scene.

I was so hoping it was, but it seems like it just won't die. It's like a redneck hydra. I like Stephen Root, but why did he have to come into the worst plotline? ugh.

like a parole officer has any authority to question a ctu agent, especially one with the pull and rank of dana walsh. just stupid. all dana had to say was "i'm a ctu lead data analyst, we have a national security issue so get lost turkey". I loved this show, but this is worse than the couger/hillbilly storyline from season 2. i will give this show to episode 12 to get better.

Just read on USA Today online that they are pulling the plug after this May due to increasing costs and declining ratings. They are still thinking about a feature film though. As much as I love this show, I'm not too upset to see it go.

I thought the new next weeks preview method was better than anything on the season so far

Same here... Should have had a cougar show up to go for the bodies...

Shit. I thought there were only nine episodes left in this crapfest of a season. I dare an insomniac to stay awake through this.

Some interesting comments here.

BTW, season 8 hasn't even made it's way to Hong Kong, where I'm at right now. I turned on the TV the other night and they are still on season 7.
