The dead bodies walking around make sense now.

Remember Miles looking at Claire oddly, and Sawyer's restraining order, after her house blew up? Miles gave the same odd looks to Sayid. If the bodies arn't buried, (Yemi, Christian, The French Team, Claire)MiB can claim them IMO. This is why Widmore's mercs buried the bodies in S4, or why Richard insists on taking the dead bodies via the Dharma truce.

Based on what Dogen said about Claire (that the infection overtook her heart) and her appearance at the end of the episode (very much like Rousseau) I believe that it was Rousseau herself, not her team, that was overtaken by an infection.

I doubt it. The Others wouldn;t have let her walk around for 16 years if they knew where she was and that she was infected.

That it was. I really hope they have some amazing twist or purpose for the "seperate reality" because the only parts I find interesting are the on-island stuff so far.

I also have to wonder about Aaron's role now. I don't believe, "He's going to be a handful" is just a throwaway line.

The scenes with Jack and Dogen were great.

She was in the house that got totaled via the RPG. Was out cold, then oddly enough walked into Ben's living room. Miles knew something was up, but he hadn't experienced it before. Maybe Miles was brought there to determine who has "the sickness"?

Maybe she has a connection to the MIB? Remember the first episode with her in it when she has Sayid tied up, they hear the Smoke Monster call in the Jungle, and she runs out of her underground house. Why would she do that if everyone else on the island always runs away from the smokemonster. I definitely think there's a connection between her and MIB, which I hope will explain why Alex was taken from the camp when she was a baby.
