Paul Lieberstein, aka Toby Flenderson and The Office's showrunner, recently mentioned in an article about Holly that:

I would say its VERY rare to NOT get daycare set up before the baby is born. It's very difficult to find daycare for newborns. Home daycares can only have 1-2 babies.

that was a great episode. made up for the lousy clip episode. Loved the scissor me and Pams face when ever it happened. liked the stuff with Micheal pulling away from David Wallaces house.

I liked this one a lot too.Loved how they keep working or not working the Andy and Erin thing with them just being out of sync with each other. The demise of David Wallace was great

This was my favorite episode in a long time. Everything was top-notch from beginning to end. This season has really been outstanding so far. Can't wait to see what happens with Say-bra.

There were a handful of laughs, but they continue making bad choices for cheap laughs. David Wallace was the perpetrator this episode with his "Suck It" idea. I could see him maybe embracing the idea of being funemployed, but he was usually a voice of reason in this show, so the idea that he could think something that stupid was a good idea is just fucking ridiculous.Whatever. As I said after last week's clip show, nowadays I'm just half-watching because it's sandwiched between shows that are actually good.

We've talked about it here before, but this whole buyout / merger / layoff deal is the exact sort of topical attitude the show needed to take and I'm glad they're doing it. David Wallace's situation felt very real to me.

Except they've done similar story threads before and they're usually abandoned after just a few episodes. See: the branch merger and the Michael Scott Paper Company. Hell, they even shoe-horned Ryan back into the show. $10 says everything is back to "normal" by the end of the season.
