I think your making this much more confusing than it needs to be. You obviously don't watch TV according to a full TV season schedule from September to May.

Season 1 is already done (all 22 episodes) According to what you said, you already have both volumes and all 22 episodes.

Season 2, which I think your asking about is currently airing on TV right now. As Fist of Doom just mentioned, Season 2 Volume 1 is being released on DVD January 25th (10 of this season's 22 episodes will be included) The show is currently on hiatus until February, that's why I assume FOX is releasing another split season set.

If you decide to wait until Season 2 completes airing on TV (which should be around May), a complete season 2 set should be released around August or September in time to promote season 3. They will probably also release a Season 2 Volume 2 as well.

Get it yet? I'm confused why your asking this in a season 1 episode 13 thread.
