Thank you for responding. Now I don't feel so bad for not knowing who they are.

So now we have not only a spooky traveling carnival, but a kid who has the ability to heal and also kill?
Someone must've spent the summer watching those Carnivale DVD sets they got last Christmas.

@ Josh.Ok, I'm all caught up and I'm already sick of the Deaf chick. Specifically, the way the writers keep giving us these way too long "wow, I can play and see sounds" moments.

*sarcasm, but if you answer yes to one of those you will be getting your wish.

There was discussion of this in last week's thread. The impression I've gotten for a while now is that Peter can control his ability -- it's not just anyone he touches -- but sometimes it'll kick in without him realizing it. Think of the way you can stifle a yawn or a sneeze. I can do that, and I do it a lot, but that doesn't mean I always can or that I do it reflexively.

I was glad that Mohinder's absence meant no more narrated openings, but then this episode they had the carnival guy doing it. Damn it.

I just want them to get to what she can do with that ability and not draw it out for half the season. So far she wailed on the Strings and Keys then cracked a wall.

It sure is and I hope it stays that way. The way I see it is when NBC cancels it, there's a 70% chance of something worse taking its place. There's a 29% chance of something better taking its place, but getting canceled about 8 episodes in. And maybe a 1% chance of something better taking its place that ends up sticking around. That seems to be the pattern NBC has been following for a few years now. I have nothing better to do on Mondays, so I'm sticking with it for now.

So Noah rigged the house so that it will look like CO poisoning, what about the shotgun holes and peters blood on the wall, will the cops not see that. Otherwise I liked the episode.

How will they not notice the food with the mold growing that was on the table right next to the parents?

You know what is kind of funny. Peter's girlfriend is still stuck in a alternate future. He could have got her back while he had Hiro's powers.

I think I'm ready for Hiro to die. Leave Sylar, then rotate in new Heroes like they did on House MD.
The guy that plays Parkman is a nice guy but I don't like his acting. It's like he's trying too hard but not focusing the effort in the right way.

When the fan asked if Peter would ever acknowledge Caitlin or express any grief over what seems to be her dire fate, Kring replied, "No, we passed it. We leapfrogged it." He added that when the idea of returning to Caitlin was brought up, they asked, "Really? Are we going to risk that? We have enough stuff to [deal with]."

It's fine if he returns only to die. Actually, that would please me very much.

Solid episode, I liked most of the Peter & Noah stuff, Hiro helping others out but it was obvious Peter would arrive late and miss him at the hospital. The carny people are somewhat inter interesting but their goal has to be explained.
I for one can tolerate Parkman and Hiro if used properly (like Hiro this season) but I can't deal with Sylar anymore. Just Keep Sylar in Matt's head and the other ignorant and in the background.

Actually, I think I'd deal with Caitlin by having her "pop" into our reality at the point where her alternate reality would have ended.
She could "snap" back into the prime reality when Peter left that alternate future, but instead of traveling back to the past like Peter, she would reappear in our reality at the same point in time she was in that plague future.
She could, then, in theory show up at any point now in the storyline.

Caitlen was from the absolute lowest point of this show. I'm glad she's gone and been forgotten.

It is getting old (IMO). Every episode we get multiple extended scenes of this. I don't think anyone needs to be reminded at this point unless they need to show Peter how to use it for physical attacks.

Will they bring back that girl who could predict things in the future?
the one that was in the hospital

When I saw Sylar during last week's episode (or the week before), I finally said "enough"
No more painful watching.
No more trying to get through an episode, hoping this pile of crap will finally turn into something decent.
This is the biggest trainwreck of a show. It makes the bad stuff on Smallville look like fine art.
I'm finally liberated!!!!!
