Yeah, the opening was great. Loved Michael asking if he needed a safe word and Oscar just walking out.

The opening was great as was the whole episode. Loved dwights face also when Jim was announced as co-manager. I loved Toby and Dwight talking about trains too.

It bugs me that Jim's plan made a lot more sense than the one D-M actually implemented, but that might have been on purpose (another sign that D-M corporate has shit for brains).
I thought the Dwight and Toby stuff was great and that Dwight actually did catch Darryl.

I loved the part where Darryl and his sister were saying they look nothing alike, then Dwight going 'really?' with the look to the camera. I can see some racial stuff being said about that too though. Maybe I just expect that about every little thing, but that's been the norm lately.
Hilarious episode for the rest as well. Dwight's reaction at the end was classic.

Didn't like last week's episode and liked this one even less, I'm sorry to say. I'm seeing a huge drop in quality so far this season - although it seems the rest of you are enjoying it as much.

Loved it. I love it when Jim gets serious and calls Michael out on his shit. Already they've set up some great potential for the season (having Jim truly "in charge," which hasn't gone well in the past) and I'm looking forward to the wedding as well.
And I laughed pretty hard at the little throw-away bit about Andy and his cousin.

The cold open and the tag were absolutely hilarious and everything in between was funny as well.
If Michael wasn't going to do the right thing and put up Jim for promotion, he was going be very disliked by me for being extremely selfish.
Andy did a great job selling the cheese cart, but I think on some level David and Jim knew what was going on.
Pam trying to see who was coming to her wedding reminded me of my friend who had a heck of a time trying to do the same thing last year. Too bad this episode didn't air last year, because then I would have told my friend what Meredith told Pam regarding food and directions!
I'm sorry, but Daryl's sister definitely looked like a man. Did they cast Caster Semenya in the role?
Dwight and Toby: The Hardy Boys of the 21st Century!
Creed only got four lines this episode, but they were all golden.

I thought this was mediocre, after a great season opener. I didn't laugh much at all, although i'm glad that the episode moved the plot along and it was cool to see Jim promoted.

I was laughing my ass off at the Dwight and Toby scenes. I loved seeing Toby screen time - he had a pretty big role in this episode which was awesome. Funny stuff all around.

From the opening with Michael and Oscar, all the way to the end -- non-stop laughs. Great episode!

I thought it was farily funny, overall. The scene with Daryl and his sister confronting Dwight and Toby was pretty good. I liked the stuff with Jim confronting Michael about screwing up his chance for promotion. That scene had the verisimilitude the show used to do so well (and still does on occasion).
Hmm, Jim seeking another job, Pam getting pregnant. I keep wondering if they are somehow setting up an eventual Jim/Pam exit from the show, coinciding with Krasinski and Fischer maybe moving on to other projects eventually. Even though Jim was "promoted" to sharing the manager job with Micheal (how's that going to work out?), I can see them writing in Jim moving on to bigger and better things, with the new family situation and some real incentive for more ambition in his life.
