Go nuts.

The Enterprise Incident, In a Mirror, Darkly, The Voyage Home, The Wrath of Khan are all wrong.

We'll just assume my answer is correct.

Brannon Braga is a producer on 24. That goes a little way toward redeeming him.

I am surprised people know that the Voyage Home is wrong. That's a tricky one.

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

in a mirror darkly is incorrect. the empire had no prime directive.

Red Dog 08-14-09 02:03 PM

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

First Contact is wrong too. The future was changed by the Borg (no Prime Directive) by the time they interfered with Earth's past.

Agreed. Also agreed on First Contact.

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

Good. I consider Brothers and Captive Pursuit to be wrong as well.

Red Dog 08-14-09 02:05 PM

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

I don't see how Where No Man Has Gone Before is right either.

I don't either.

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

Isn't the Prime Directive just about not interfering with the natural evolution of a culture? Not necessarily about altering timelines, and such?

Supermallet 08-14-09 02:07 PM

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

OK, I'd love to stay and debate every episode where the Prime Directive is mentioned, but I have a lovely half-human/half-Betazoid waiting for me, so I'll check in later.

I tend to agree, but even on the timeline theory, Voyage Home and First Contact fail.

Re: Star Trek Sheep: The Next Generation

Quit bringing up First Contact. It shouldn't even exist. Riker, Geordie, and Cochran are just red spots on the back of Phoenix.
