I think we can all agree "Kiss the Baby" is weak compared to Child Please.
might be off topic but Chad Johnson has looked great this preseason.
I like how the coaches were referring to Rey Maualuga as that son of a bitch can hit and that son of a bitch will be a starter soon.
I guess they saw his video with Erin Andrews.

...as do Mike Brown and Katie Blackburn, and even that Joe Lipincott guy. Their front office people are illustrating why they are viewed as such a joke in league circles. I also can't stand the way they inform players they are being released. It seemed pretty shitty to me the way the guy was greeting each player as they came into the lockerroom and then just tells one of them that they are being cut-right in front of the other players around him.
They've showed the process in the past for all the other teams who have done Hard Knocks and I have never seen it handled in such a fucked manner before like this.

Mike Brown is arguably the worst owner in pro sports. He refuses to hire a GM. Unlike most owners, his family's sole source of income is the NFL franchise. And he keeps a death grip on every dime that it generates. It was so bad a few years back if you remember the NFL threatened to take the team away if he didn't start actually putting money back into the franchise.

What happened with Muhammad Ali? I thought he was supposed to be in this episode?

Yes, that was really fucked up of them too. I don't get why they can't just send that Lipincott dude around to the players they are cutting and have him send them into Lewis' office for him to tell them in a professional manner. I have to wonder if their "method" is all Mike Brown's doing. It really bothers me to see owners sitting in on the coaches meetings and throwing their opinion around as if they have a clue about personnel. It's bad enough when I see someone like Jerry Jones doing it, but Brown is just ridiculous.

I think its ridiculous that Smith is wanting more money than Heyward-Bay. O-line don't get paid that kind of cash. Is that right? No. But that's the business. And he's never played a down in the NFL. This is why we need a rookie pay scale.

The Bengals are offering him less money than the OLineman who was drafted 2 slots after him got and less money than the 6th pick recieved last year.

That's how it's done by the Cowboys, at least it was last season on Hard Knocks. I don't like to give the Cowboys credit for anything, but I did like that respectful way of letting players go. Now seeing how the Bengals do it makes me appreciate the Wade Phillips method even more.

Ravens and Chiefs did a good job in the handling of players getting cut.
It is a shame a guy like Andre Smith with bitch tits get signed before Michael Crabtree.
