I could only think of 2 for this one. I remembered that Gamesphere (and Cartman's Wii time-travel odyssey), but I couldn't think of any games they played on it.

I'm fine with them being separate projects since it wasn't specified and is a gray area, but Imaginationland has its own IMDB page too.

Under the heading of "South Park" (the TV series) not South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut (the movie).

2) Tower Defense - Was this in an episode or did you just stumble on the upcoming XBLA game in your googling?

Ok, the 3rd one I have confirmed is played by one of the characters, though I don't think it's ever shown. I think it counts, but I want to run it by the mob first.

Tower Defense is suspicious. Don't recall a Terrence and Phillip game. I was unsure about Hello Kitty Island Adventure since it never shows Butters or anyone playing it and the question asks about a game "played in an episode."
