6 months later??? wtf!!! did not like the use of this gimmick. now, they can use it anytime? i don't think i have ever seen that during a season.

It's amazing how much the writers have bungled this show. I still watch it because I love weed and MLP, and it's still pretty funny. But they really made a mistake taking everything out of Agrestic. This show would have been much better if it was less about the drug trade and more about suburban smokers and a hot drug-dealing soccer mom. More of a character driven show and more about keeping up appearences.

It went way over the top way too soon and it seems like they've had no idea where to go since season 2.

I haven't laughed out loud at this show in a long time, but the whole General Lee thing caught me completely off guard and I had to laugh at that horn/alarm going off over and over.

I'm in the middle of Season 4, just got it through Netflix (disc 2). I don't have Showtime and sometimes fall a little behind. But I'm a huge fan.

Decent episode. Doug's George Hamilton schtick was pretty funny. Glad they jumped ahead 6 months. Get on with whatever's happening already. This season feels like it's been going nowhere.

Who was the guy at the start of the episode with Silas at the shop? Looked like Doug with a beard since he was so tanned but he didn't have a beard in the next scene (Andy did, but no tan)

I liked. The 6 months later thing was the best they could do with the pregnancy. Nancy being pregnant for this and the next season would have sucked

I just started watching the show this summer. Watched all Four Seasons in the span of a few days and just caught up on Season Five.

I cannot think of another television character that I dislike more than Nancy. I really liked her in Seasons One and Two. Even Season Three she was fine. Season Four she began her downward spiral and now in Season Five I cannot stand her. She brings everything on herself and goes from trying to do a decent and more or less harmless thing (selling weed in the suburbs to support her family) to being a self-destructive black hole that ruins everything and everyone around her.

If there is any justice, Nancy will get what is coming to her. She should have left with Andy and her kids. There was absolutely no reason for her to stay with Esteban.

On another note, I used to hate Silas but now I actually like him. He isn't a total moron like his mother and is actually trying to do something, albeit not what most people do.

When I came here, at first I thought it was odd that the thread hadn't been bumped this week. Then I remembered how horrible it was. My girlfriend and I basically sat watching in silence--nothing funny, a whole lot of stupid. Even Andy is starting to get grating.

Seriously, writers, at least pull it together so you can finish the season strong.

Definitely. The first two seasons were really good--entertaining, funny and they told good stories. You did actually care about the characters. Now, with everyone being so unlikable and the dearth of comedy, it's just not clicking.

I really hate what they did with Doug. He was one of the funniest characters in the show, with Andy, and now he's really annoying.

I've caught up through 5.2. Esteban has turned into suck a dick. He was hot as hell and now he's just disgusting. I hate what he has become or what he finally allowed to show through He pretty much raped Nancy.
