Rescue Me - "Iceman" - 5/26/09

Didn't see the thread for this.

I found myself nodding of during the first half during Tommy's what ever the hell that was

Franco's explanation on why he only had Chlamydia 1.5 times was good;lol:

Great episode for me. The bar scene was so intense, especially when the robber showed up.

Read the back of the box, it sums it up nicely.

So I take it the robbery didn't happen? Obviously he didn't kill anyone, just wasn't sure if the robbery part was fantasy or reality.

Good episode. Has it been revealed before that Mike is a fairly talented musician? So is Damien... I almost thought that Mike was going to turn gay again!

I thought the first 30 minutes was amazing.

I thought it was great. So, there was no hold up, and he was just halucinating about the random patron who came in earlier? I thought they were setting up an actual robbery because after Franco closed and locked the door, the door was shown open again (before they left). I guess it was just a blooper?

The random hold-up dude was Tommy's son (who died a few seasons ago as a youngster) now grown up in ghost-ville (in Tommy's imagination).

I understand that...I just meant his imagination incorporated that person into the hallucination as his son. In real life, it wasn't a thief; just a guy looking for a cool club.

Re: Rescue Me - "Iceman" - 5/26/09

I thought the first 10 minutes or so of the bar/ghost thing was pretty good but it went on WAY too long and the stuff with Connor wasn't great. The second half of the episode was back to business as usual, which this season means back to the high standard this show used to live up to...so probably as a whole, one of the weaker eps but it certainly had a few 'Emmy' clip reel moments (which this season has been FULL of for each cast member IMO.)
