Actually, she's the only regular who hasn't agreed to appear.
It's also worth noting that Bill Lawrence keeps referring to this as a pilot, so he seems to be approaching it as a new show regardless of ABC insisting it's still Scrubs.

I think she was either going to be a regular on this show or looking to go do other things with her career. Totally respect it. Totally get it. Still holding out hope that she eventually does it again.
